Dr. Madhavan Balan Nair heads the mynext Operations team in TalentCorp Group, overlooking its Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service units. All of mynext ops focuses on supporting TalentCorp’s Strategic Thrust 1, Optimising Malaysian Talent to encourage a more robust local talent ecosystem.

With prevalent experience in the academia for the past 19 years holding various administrative positions, Dr. Madhavan is known for his expertise and insights on the issues and challenges faced by students, universities and industries in nurturing and hiring the right talents.

Dr. Madhavan holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and has obtained professional certifications in various Information Technology related professions, including the Huawei Certified Network Administrator, Huawei Certified Academic Instructor and AWS Cloud Foundation.
